I have been on AOL for years and I suppose its just the hassle of changing that has kept me with AOL for so long ... but it really is crap, unreliable, slow, takes over your PC and to add insult to injury flashing banner adverts .. I MUST MUST MUST change to a more reliable service provider

AOL does not provide any service that I want. It's hopeless! the price is too high and the software is dire; hopelessly slow. I don't want to pay all this money to be assailed with more advertising. The links are hopelessly slow, and dumbed-down to absurdity.

Totally sick of the lousy service and connections with aol...when my contract is up in 3 months, I'm off....and they can keep their offers to try and make you say. I'd rather pay a couple of quid more for DECENT service.

AOL just keeps getting worse and worse. When I can stay online without being kicked out or having lived through the boredom of waiting for AOL to respond I now find I cannot follow the link. Ace. Ready for new provider nethinks.
