How can you honestly have all of these on it when the true political activists, who've done much more, are out there right now, not expecting any sort of praise for what they do? I agree with Peter, Bono moved U2 out of Ireland to avoid paying 12.5% tax on his business (U2 is a business you know) to another coutry where it's only 4%. Long live Anti-Flag, Rise Against, State Radio, Rage Against The Machine, System of A Down, Crass, Nine Inch Nails, NOFX, and so many others. (Ok, there was a few good ones here.)

Why use the title of a chumbawamba album for an article about music and politics and then not mention the band. the likes of chumbawamba, crass, flux......... should be occupying this discussion board not self appraising ego mad gits

WHAT ABOUT!!!! The most important British band CRASS who were a major thorn in the side of thatcher and co during the 80's and particular during the Falklands war. Suprised you didn't include the dixie chicks seeing as you included lightweights green day. at least Jello was in there!. also see ANTI-FLAG, MDC, REAGAN YOUTH, GOLDFINGER, NOFX, FLUX OF PINK INDIANS, CHUMBAWUMBA ....

Anti-flag, Nofx, Rise Againsr, Leftover Crack, Choking Victim, Strike Anywhere, Propagandhi, basically every punk band ever, where are they? This list is shocking. It doesn't surprise me green day were featured with their contrived pseudo-political music.
