The LIbertines may not have lived up to the antics of Pete, but they delivered a great debut album and solid 2nd one.Rilo Kiley have gotten critical acclaim because..well...their albums are delightful. I don't remember Rilo Kiley getting splashed around the front covers of NME or being played to death on Radio 1. They have made consistently good music so I don't see how they are over hyped.

"Hear*SayAdmittedly, their debut single was the biggest-selling debut of all time, but the inaugural Popstars winners didn't let it create a long-lasting career. Nowadays, Myleene Klass parades around in her undies, while the others& no, sorry. Don't have a clue."Er... Kym Marsh is only on one of the top-viewed soap operas in the UK - CORONATION STREET! For God's sake AOL, at least do your research before publishing this drivel.

utter tosh. JJ72, one of the most over-hyped bands ever... really? Do 99% of people on the street know of JJ72? No, of course not! If you want to say they weren't your cup of tea then that's one thing but your article featuring them as over-hyped was just plain wrong.I think JJ72 were one of the most underrated bands of the 21st century. The fact that their two wonderful albums are largely unknown whilst trash like Mika, Girls Aloud and The Killers are stinking up the charts really sums up for me the problems with the music landscape in 2009.
